At Unicloth., customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply:

A return can only be initiated after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international or customs-related fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on the item is allowed, but visible wear or use is not permitted.

Purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning most items (“try-on ordering”) is not permitted.
Unicloth. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Submit your return request via support@wearunicloth.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our partner facility (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties and shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost parcels.
Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Liability

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if the tracking information shows successful delivery to the address you provided.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
