Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.


2. Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy seasons, holidays or due to customs inspections.


3. Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our partner facility in China.
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Shipping Costs

Unicloth. does not charge hidden fees. Everything is shown transparently at checkout.


5. Responsibility During Delivery
If the tracking information shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
It is the customer’s duty to double-check the shipping address during checkout.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
Unicloth. is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
