Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to a trade, business, craft or profession and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: calendar day.

Long-term transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the obligation to deliver and/or purchase is spread over time.

Durable data carrier: any device that allows the consumer or the entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that enables future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: a contract concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of products and/or services, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication.

Means of distance communication: any tool that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being simultaneously present in the same place.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms can be reviewed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these terms can also be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable data carrier.
Situations not covered by these terms shall be assessed “in the spirit” of these terms and conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change or adjust the offer.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images and specifications are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or dissolution of the contract.
Each offer clearly states the rights and obligations attached to acceptance of the offer, including:

The total price (excluding import duties or customs clearance fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility).

Shipping costs (if applicable).
-
The method of payment, delivery, and execution.
-
Whether or not the right of withdrawal applies.
-
The validity period of the offer.
-
The method for correcting input errors before placing the order.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The contract is established at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
If the consumer accepts electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt electronically. As long as this confirmation has not been received, the consumer may cancel the order.
The entrepreneur shall take appropriate measures to ensure secure electronic data transfer and online payment protection.
The entrepreneur may check within legal boundaries whether the consumer can meet payment obligations and may refuse an order if there are justified reasons.
The entrepreneur will include the following information with the product or service:

The customer service contact address.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal or, if applicable, information on its exclusion.

Warranty and after-sales information.
Every contract is concluded under the condition of sufficient product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 30 days after receiving the product without providing any reason.
During this period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and functioning.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur by email within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must then be returned within 30 days after that notification.
Products must be returned in original condition, with all accessories, preferably in the original packaging. The consumer bears the risk and cost of return shipping (which may include returning to the supplier in China).
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
The entrepreneur will refund the purchase amount within 30 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur may exclude the right of withdrawal for products:

Made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
-
That cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., worn clothing, underwear, or accessories with removed tags).
-
That can deteriorate or expire rapidly.
-
Whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control.
-
Audio/video or software items whose seal has been broken.
Article 9 – Prices
Prices will not be increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except due to changes in VAT rates.
All prices are stated excluding import VAT or customs fees, as these are collected by the postal or courier service upon delivery in the country of destination.
Prices are subject to printing or typographical errors. The entrepreneur is not obliged to deliver at an incorrect price.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products conform to the contract and reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
Defects or wrong deliveries must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
The warranty corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty. It does not apply if:

The product has been repaired or altered by the consumer or a third party.
-
The product was used improperly or not in accordance with provided instructions.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Orders will be processed with care and shipped to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders are generally shipped within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If there is a delay, the consumer will be notified within 30 days. The consumer may cancel the order and receive a refund.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer once the parcel is delivered to the consumer or a designated recipient.
Article 12 – Duration, Termination and Renewal (if applicable)
If a contract is concluded for an indefinite period, the consumer may terminate it at any time with a one-month notice.
Contracts for a definite period cannot be automatically renewed for another fixed period.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made within 7 working days after confirming the order.
The consumer must report any incorrect payment details immediately.
In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur may charge reasonable recovery costs after notifying the consumer.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted clearly and fully within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defect.
Complaints will be answered within 30 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed.
If the complaint cannot be resolved mutually, it becomes a dispute subject to the provisions below.
Article 15 – Disputes
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
